Well Grounded Real Estate is proposing to add 9 rental townhouse units to 2110 Keele Street, composed of large 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. The new stacked townhouses will be built to the north of the apartment building and just south of the ravine lands. The goal is to add family-sized rental units to the neighbourhood while maintaining and improving the existing building and overall site condition.
